GENERAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND GIVEAWAY RULES <\/b>“Hunt for the hidden password”.<\/b><\/p>\n The giveaway is not affiliated with the social network Instagram (hereinafter: Instagram) in any way and is in no case sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. The recipient of the data provided by the participant is not Instagram, but the organizer<\/strong>. The organizer<\/strong> is solely responsible for the content of the giveaway \u2013 not Instagram. Instagram assumes no responsibility in connection with the giveaway. <\/p>\n To claim the prizes, the winner arranges this with the organizer, who then (depending on the prize) connects them with the company.<\/p>\n Giveaway participants<\/strong><\/p>\n The giveaway is subject to the restrictions set out in these giveaway rules.<\/p>\n The giveaway is open to natural persons with permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia who are over 15 years of age. Persons under 18 may participate with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. The participant must be a real person. <\/p>\n The following may not participate in the giveaway and are not eligible for prizes: persons employed by the giveaway organizer and their immediate family members (spouse or cohabiting partner or partner in a registered same-sex partnership, children or adopted children, and parents or adoptive parents). These persons will be excluded from the giveaway by the organizer. <\/p>\n A participant may withdraw from the giveaway at any time until the end of the giveaway by sending a withdrawal request to nastja@mojababica.si. In this case, the participant will be excluded from further participation in the giveaway, and the organizer will immediately ensure the deletion of their personal data. <\/p>\n Giveaway instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n All conditions must be met. An individual participant may enter the giveaway multiple times, but can only be selected once. <\/p>\n Purchasing any product is not a condition for participating in the giveaway.<\/p>\n If an individual winner does not respond to the organizer within 5 business days of the prize notification, it will be considered that they are withdrawing from the giveaway and simultaneously waiving their right to the prize. The organizer does not cover any costs that may arise from claiming the prize. <\/p>\n To use some prizes, a computer\/phone\/tablet that supports the Microsoft Teams video conferencing system is required.<\/p>\n The organizer reserves the right not to award a prize if:<\/p>\n Privacy and protection of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n The purpose of collecting, processing, storing, and using personal data is to run the giveaway. Personal data (first and last name or the name the individual uses on social networks) is stored by the organizer in electronic form. After the need to keep personal data ends (claiming the giveaway prize) or based on the individual\u2019s written withdrawal, the data is deleted immediately. The organizer undertakes to protect the collected personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. <\/p>\n The giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram in any way. All data and information required for participation in the giveaway will be provided only to the organizer. The organizer is solely responsible for the content of the giveaway. <\/p>\n By participating in the giveaway, the participant allows the organizer, as the controller of the personal data filing system, to collect and process their personal data for the purposes of:<\/p>\n The controller will protect the collected data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and in accordance with its internal acts adopted on the basis of the law. Under no circumstances will the controller provide or disclose the collected data to third parties. Data about winners is kept at the company\u2019s registered office for one year. <\/p>\n Participants take part in the giveaway at their own risk. The organizers and persons involved in running the giveaway are not liable for any damage that may arise from the prizes. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any undesirable consequences that participants and\/or any third party may suffer as a result of participating in the giveaway. The organizer is also not responsible if the server is unavailable, unless this can be attributed to extremely negligent or intentional acts for which the organizer is responsible. In addition, the organizer is not responsible for any technical errors and disruptions beyond its control (such as network or power outages). <\/p>\n In the event of circumstances beyond the organizers\u2019 control (force majeure), the organizers may cancel the giveaway. They must inform participants in an appropriate manner. In such a case, they are not liable to participants for any damage incurred. <\/p>\n The organizer\u2019s decision on all matters related to the giveaway or the application of the rules is final and applies to all participants. In the exceptional event of early termination of the giveaway for reasons not attributable to the organizer, the organizer reserves the right to award prizes among those who participated up to the moment of termination, or to discontinue the giveaway without any obligations to participants. <\/p>\n The giveaway organizer reserves the right to amend these rules if required by legal, technical, or commercial reasons. Participants will be informed of any changes to these rules by publication on the website https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/mojababica\/. <\/p>\n Continuing to participate in the giveaway after any changes to the rules are published is considered acceptance of and agreement with the changes.<\/p>\n Exclusion from the giveaway<\/strong><\/p>\n In the event of a breach of the stated giveaway rules, the organizer reserves the right to exclude violators from the giveaway without prior notice. Persons who use illegal tools (e.g., hackertools, viruses, Trojans, etc.) when participating in the giveaway, or otherwise obtain benefits through manipulation (e.g., one natural person with multiple profiles), will also be excluded. Persons who participate on behalf of third parties (without their knowledge) may also be excluded; participation via giveaway clubs, automated services, and especially via professional giveaway services is also considered a violation. <\/p>\n In the event of exclusion from the giveaway, prizes may subsequently be revoked from the winner and\/or the winner may be required to return prizes already handed over. If the subsequently excluded winner no longer has the awarded prize, the organizer reserves the right to demand a cash amount equal to the value of the received prize. <\/p>\n Taxation of prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n Dispute resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n By participating in the giveaway, participants confirm that they are familiar with the giveaway rules, accept them, and agree to them. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, these rules shall take precedence over any other publications, whether in print, electronic, or any other form. The authentic interpretation of these rules is determined exclusively by the organizer and the technical provider. <\/p>\n Publication of the rules<\/strong><\/p>\n The organizer will not consider late, incomplete, or incorrectly completed entries in the giveaway.
